At TrueMinds Counseling & Consultancy, we strive to provide high-quality services and resources that support personal growth, mental wellness, and informed decision-making. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following refund policy:

General Policy – No Refunds

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy for the following services and products once payment has been processed:

Counseling sessions (online or in-person)
Psychometric assessments
Printed books
E-books and downloadable digital content

This policy helps us maintain professional boundaries, reserve time slots efficiently, and protect the integrity of digital and intellectual property.

Exceptions – Refunds Will Be Considered Only in the Following Circumstances:

Duplicate Payment:
- If a payment is made more than once for the same service or product, a full refund of the duplicate transaction will be issued upon verification.
Service Not Delivered:
- If, for any reason attributable to us, the counseling session or assessment was not delivered and cannot be rescheduled within 15 days, a full refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Book (Printed Format Only):
- If you receive a damaged or misprinted book, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it, along with photo evidence. Upon validation, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be provided.
Technical Issues with Digital Products (E-books, Assessments):
- If you are unable to access or download a purchased digital product due to technical issues not caused by user error, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 working days, a refund will be considered.

Important Notes:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original method of payment.
No refund will be entertained for partial use of packages or sessions.
Cancellations or no-shows for scheduled counseling sessions are non-refundable.
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed/downloaded, in compliance with Indian e-commerce laws and best practices.
